My friend Lindsey invited me to go with a big group to the Monster Truck Jam at the Energy Solution Arena… It was a good time. We dressed up as “white trash” (I’m not sure of a better way to say that)… We all kind of decided that it was fun, we’re glad we went, but unless it is in a football arena (somewhere bigger) or we’re taking our own kids, we probably won’t be going again. I think a lot of us lost our voices and can’t hear nearly as well as we could when we went in. Anyway, here are some pictures.

Glen was there with Evan and Eli, they had much better seats than we did. I’m sure their ears must be ringing!! I could see them pretty well though so it was fun to see the boys get excited about the trucks.

This is my attempt to look tough with Ben. You can’t see my peace sign… yeah, I’m tough. Love the earrings! ha!

Afterwards we went to Steph and Elise’s house for rootbeer floats and they gave out awards for the costumes. Lindsey and I won a mini monster truck award for “Most likely to own a Sears” … What an honor? (I was wearing a Sears auto repair shirt, and Lindsey had a Sears jacket… her brother works at Sears… it worked for us)
